If you believe your Power Pack/Jump Starter has a problem covered by this warranty
1. Contact Us
You must contact us directly - we do not process claims through dealers or resellers.
2. Complete Form
Complete the warranty claim form and provide any photos or information we ask for.
Without the requested photos, we cannot process your claim.
3. Shipping
Once we approve your claim, we will send you prepaid shipping labels and instructions.
You will need to pack your Power Pack/Jump Starter carefully and include all the original accessories (leads and charger - no paperwork needed).
What We Wo
As soon as we receive your return, we will ship you a brand-new replacement Power Pack/Jump Starter.
Please note: The replacement Pack's warranty will expire on the same date as your original product - the warranty period does not reset or extend.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

A) The charger
B) A broken lead or clamp connection
C) The Pack itself
These steps are quick and easy to follow, and they help ensure we get you the correct replacement part as fast as possible. - Based on your answers, we will determine whether to send you:
- A replacement charger
- A replacement lead
- Or, if necessary, to bring your Pack in for inspection/replacement
If the Pack needs to be returned: We will send you prepaid shipping labels and instructions.
You’ll need to pack your Power Pack/Jump Starter carefully and include all original accessories (leads and charger – Our courier will collect it directly from you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights.

To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
